This journey is more than a course — it is an invitation to remember who you truly are. Encoded within your DNA are stories of love, fear, protection, and belonging that have quietly shaped your life. Some of these patterns empower you, while others hold you back from living fully in your truth.
Over these 6 weeks, we will gather in the safety of a supportive circle, where your story is honored and your heart is seen. Together, we will uncover the hidden emotional imprints you carry, release what no longer serves, and begin writing a new blueprint — one that reflects freedom, balance, and authenticity.
Each week offers more than information; it is a practice of remembrance. Through reflection, guided exercises, and compassionate community, you will learn to listen to your body, understand the patterns woven through your lineage, and step into a life led by clarity, love, and resilience.
This is your time to awaken to the story beneath the story… and choose, at last, the one you wish to live.

🌀 Course Introduction
Discover Your Emotional Blueprint is an6-week live online program that blends teaching, guided exercises, and group reflection. Each session builds on the last, giving you practical tools to recognize patterns, release what no longer serves, and begin shaping a new inner story.
This outline provides a bird’s-eye view of our journey. The detailed roadmap — with deeper practices, journaling prompts, and guided reflections — will be shared during our first class, so you can follow along with clarity and confidence.
Weekly Overview
Week One: The Body and Emotion
Explore how the body holds on to emotions and how this influences both our physical and emotional well-being. Together we’ll look at how unprocessed feelings can become stored as tension, pain, or even contribute to the disease process.
Week Two: Family Timeline and Early Imprints
Map your family timeline and uncover the earliest ways you learned what love, safety, and belonging meant. Begin to see how these first imprints became part of your Emotional Blueprint and continue to shape your choices today.
Week Three: Mapping Your Blueprint
Begin identifying the repeating patterns in your life — the emotions that surface most often and the situations you seem to attract again and again. We’ll explore how experiences between ages 0–8 acted as activations, turning on the genetic story already present in your DNA. By mapping these activation points, you’ll start to see how your unique Emotional Blueprint was formed and how it continues to shape your present-day choices.
Week Four: Balancing Your Inner Masculine and Feminine
Within each of us lives both a masculine aspect (the Warrior) and a feminine aspect (the Maiden). The Warrior brings strength, protection, and action, while the Maiden carries receptivity, intuition, and compassion. When one of these sides dominates, we may feel out of balance — overprotective and guarded, or overly accommodating and self-sacrificing. In this session, you’ll learn to recognize how these two inner forces show up in your life and explore ways to bring them into greater harmony. Restoring this balance opens the door to healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and a more authentic sense of self.
Week Five: Your Emotional Landscape
Take a clear and compassionate look at your current emotional landscape. What patterns are most familiar? Which emotions rise most often? In this session, you’ll learn how to step back and see the “map” of your Emotional Blueprint as it is today — and begin to imagine how it might look if rewritten with freedom, resilience, and authenticity.
Week Six: Creating Your New Emotional Blueprint
This week is about integration and renewal. After exploring your past patterns and current emotional landscape, you’ll now begin shaping a new inner story. Through reflection and guided meditation, you’ll step into your “new landscape” — one rooted in freedom, clarity, and self-compassion. You’ll also be introduced to simple tools you can use daily to continue strengthening these new patterns, so they become part of your lived experience.
