Understanding Anxiety, PTSD, Depression

Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gung,” also spelled chi kung) is translated from the Chinese to mean “energy cultivation” or “working with the life energy.” Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of postures, exercises, breathing techniques, and meditations. Its techniques are designed to improve and enhance the body’s Qi. According to traditional Chinese philosophy, Qi is the fundamental life energy responsible for health and vitality. Deborra incorporates the 5 element teaching of Qi Gong within her Emotional Blueprint sessions. She has found this teaching to be phenomenal for enhancement of health, vitality nd inner well being of her clients. Please see my Qi Gong Blog page for articles written on the benefits of Qi Gong and the Cycle of Creation.

Qi Gong Testimonial:

I have to admit that I have a strong curiosity to try new things, and a more open mind than most, to truly take in the experience. I had an absolutely amazing time attending Deborra Cameron’s Chi Kung classes earlier this spring. For anyone who was wondering about Chi Kung, Deborra provides a great environment to get a feel for the art, and take away wonderful tips on how to start your day and live each day more positively.

Chi Kung translates roughly into “working with the life energy”, and includes postural exercises, breathing techniques, and visualization that is meant to improve and enhance the body’s chi (energy). Deborra creates great energy throughout the class, answering any questions as they come up, and most importantly makes the class very approachable yet intimate. I know this for a fact because I brought my skeptical mother to a class, and although she was unable to feel much beyond the exercises, insisted on coming along every time I attended. Being surrounded by wonderful energy, and doing something positive for your body, soul, and mind just makes you feel good!
